A sporting director who ships code
Uzbyte is one operator with real operations to run. Everything on this site exists because my own work needed it — and is still maintained because it is still in use.

I am the Sporting Director at PFC AGMK. My day job is transfers, registrations, contracts and academy operations — the kind of work where a missed deadline costs real money. I got tired of doing it in spreadsheets and chat threads, so I started writing the software myself. Uzbyte is that habit turned into a company.
Part of the job is FIFA Clearing House and TMS compliance: training compensation, solidarity payments, international transfer paperwork. It is a niche few engineers ever see from the inside, and it taught me the rules I now build into every system — an audit log on every write, deadlines that cannot be missed silently, documents generated from one source of truth.
What I have built and run so far: AcademyOS, a platform that runs several football schools in one system with a Telegram Mini App for parents; the intercity bus product, a Telegram-first service that replaced a 4,000-member chat; SD Autopilot, which automates my own sporting-director paperwork on top of the existing FCMS platform; and an AI Content Engine that generates and publishes channel content. All of them are in use, and all of them are maintained by one operator — me.

What we are not
Saying no is part of the positioning. These are the requests we decline, so the ones we take get the whole workshop.

Not a template-website studio.
A site that exists to exist is not a system. We build sites and Mini Apps that have a job: catalogue, booking, payment, a parent portal. If you need a five-page brochure site by Friday, a template builder will serve you better and cheaper.

Not "ChatGPT integration".
A chat window bolted onto a website answers nothing your customers actually ask. We build agents on your documents, in correct Uzbek Latin and Russian, with escalation to a human and a log you can read.

Not crypto.
No tokens, no exchanges, no "Web3 strategy". We do not understand that business well enough to be paid for it, and we do not pretend to.

Not a logo shop.
One-off logo design dilutes the workshop and attracts the wrong leads. We can recommend designers we would hire ourselves.

Not a wall of logos.
No fake client logos, no invented testimonials, no unmeasured numbers. Every metric on this site says measured or target. The first client quotes will come from real pilots, with names.

Not "anything for a custom quote".
Nine services, each with a scope, a price anchor and a 30-day rhythm. If your request is not on the list, we will say so in the audit and point you to someone who does it well.
