S-09 / AI academy & training

AI academy & training

Your team hears about agents and MCP, but nobody in the office can explain them. Our specialists train your staff on the modern AI tools they will actually use.

S-09.1Problem

What it looks like today

Half of my staff already paste client data into ChatGPT, the other half is afraid to touch it. There is no rule. Our accountant spends every Friday afternoon rebuilding the same Soliq report from a 1C export in Excel; sales writes the same Telegram reply forty times a day by hand. The 'AI course' we bought last year was a recording of someone in Moscow showing tools that do not know Payme, 1C 8.3 UZ or Uzbek Latin.

I need something our Andijan branch can follow in Uzbek and the head office in Russian, built on our own documents, with a written policy on what may and may not go into an AI tool — and I need it to still work three months after the trainer leaves.

S-09.2Outcomes

What changes in your business

  1. A 6-hour hands-on day in Uzbek or Russian for 8–20 people, built on your own material: a real 1C export, a real Telegram dialogue, a real contract

  2. Every participant leaves with 3 working workflows for their role — a manager's weekly report, an accountant's reconciliation check, a sales rep's reply set — tested on the day, not in theory

  3. A 1-page AI usage policy and data rules: which tools, which data may be pasted, what never leaves the company

  4. An internal AI playbook (10–15 pages, UZ/RU) your team keeps and edits

  5. 30 days of follow-up in a Telegram group with us, then a day-30 survey: what got used, what did not, what to automate next

  6. Target: 2–4 hours per participant per week freed up — measured at day 30, not promised on day 1

S-09.3How it works

Three steps, in this order.

  1. 01Step 1

    Needs audit

A 45-minute call with HR or the director and a 10-question survey to every participant. We pick 3 workflows per role that are worth automating and collect the documents we will train on. You get the programme within 5 working days.

  2. 02Step 2

    Workshop day

6 hours, on site at your office or online, in Uzbek or Russian. Laptops open, phones on Telegram. Managers, accountants and sales sit in separate tracks and leave with workflows that already ran on their own data.

  3. 03Step 3

    30-day follow-up

Playbook and policy handed over, a Telegram Q&A group for 30 days, a day-30 survey and a one-page report to HR. If a workflow deserves to become a bot, it goes into an automation pilot.

S-09.6Proof

We run what we build.

  • Fact 01

The workshops are built from the founder's own daily AI use in a real operations job — sporting director paperwork at PFC AGMK, not demo data.

  • Fact 02

UNDP (Feb 2026): 57.9% of surveyed Uzbek businesses say they have integrated AI; talent shortage and data governance are two of the four barriers. The state goal is 5 million AI specialists by 2030.

S-09.7Questions

Questions we get on the first call.

Can the training be combined with an automation project?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper that way. Run alongside a pilot, the training uses the very workflows the pilot is building: the team practises on the report and the bot they will use daily, and we write the playbook around that system. It also works on its own — then the programme is built on the documents you have today.
Our data will be used in the workshop. Where does it go?
Before the day we agree what we train on. We use anonymised exports (names and tax IDs removed) and business-tier AI accounts where prompts are not used for model training. The policy we hand over fixes this for your team going forward: which tools, which data, what never leaves 1C.
Can you run it in Uzbek — proper Uzbek, not a translation?
Yes. The trainer speaks Uzbek or Russian, the playbook is written in both, and the Uzbek is Latin script, modern and natural — the same we ship on this site. Mixed groups get both tracks.
How fast can we start, and how many people?
The needs audit takes 5 working days; the workshop is scheduled 2–3 weeks after the call. Groups of 8–20; larger companies run several days by department. Cohort courses for individuals run online in the evenings.
What happens after the day?
30 days of Telegram support and the day-30 survey are included. After that, most clients either book a second day for another department, take a monthly office-hours slot, or move one workflow into an automation pilot — the three workflows per person are chosen so that at least one is worth automating.
