Website development
A website is the face of an organisation, and in the age of AI it is no longer optional. It is where both a client and a search engine judge you.
What it looks like today
We paid for a website three years ago. It has a slider, a "Mission" page and a form that emails an address nobody opens. It loads slowly on a phone, the text is tiny and the Russian version stops halfway. A client from Kazakhstan or Dubai searches for us and sees exactly that — then goes to our Instagram, because at least there is a recent photo there.
When we want to update it, the agency quotes separately for design, separately for code and separately for monthly support, and what comes out is another brochure. What we need is different: a page that explains our product, is written properly in three languages and does not lose an enquiry when one arrives.
What changes in your business
A complete site in Uzbek (Latin), Russian and English — no leftover translation, with its own title and description per language
Pages that open fast on a phone, including an old Android on a weak connection (target: under 2 seconds on 4G)
A form that does not lose the enquiry: the message lands in your Telegram and is stored in a database
The technical basis for Google and Yandex: sitemap, hreflang, structured data, social images
An admin where you update content yourself: pages, news, products — without a developer
Analytics from day one: you can see which page brings the enquiries
Three steps, in this order.
- 01Step 1
Brief and structure
A one-hour conversation: who searches for you, what they ask and which answer makes them write. Out of it comes the page list and the job of each page. Copy is agreed before design — the site is built around the text, not the other way round.
- 02Step 2
Design and build
First the home page and one inner page — not a stock template but a look of your own. Once approved, the remaining pages are assembled, the copy is prepared in three languages and the admin is connected. You see a working link every week, not once at the end.
- 03Step 3
Launch and measure
Domain, certificate, mail, analytics and search-engine setup — all in your accounts. After launch we watch for a month: which page brings enquiries and where people leave. That month's fixes are included in the price.

We run what we build.
- Fact 01
This site: Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, three languages with hreflang, a form that delivers the enquiry to our Telegram. We hold client sites to the same standard — the speed numbers go into the case study once measured.
- Fact 02
AcademyOS: a multi-tenant platform and the part of it parents see. When a catalogue, invoices and an account area are needed, a site grows to that level.
Questions we get on the first call.
Who writes the copy for the site?
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
Whose name are the domain and hosting in?
